Gregory L. Lattimer








        Gregory L. Lattimer, principal of the Law Offices of Gregory L. Lattimer, PLLC, is a litigator in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He has vast litigation experience as a trial attorney in private practice and with the Department of Justice’s Environmental Enforcement Section; a senior trial attorney with the District of Columbia’s Office of Corporation Counsel; a senior trial counsel with the United States Department of Energy; and as a prosecutor in Florida.

        Mr. Lattimer, also served as the Chief Administrative Judge for the District of Columbia’s Office of Employee Appeals, Temporary Appeals Panel, where he was responsible for overseeing adjudication of objections filed by District of Columbia Employees to the City’s Modified Reduction in Force Regulations.

        Mr. Lattimer’s trial experience over the last 20 + years includes medical malpractice and wrongful death, plaintiff and defense, general tort and personal injury, plaintiff and defense, 42 U.S.C. § 1983 litigation under the Florida 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th and 14th amendments to the Constitution from both plaintiff and defense side, contract, labor, environmental prosecution under RCCRA, CERCLA and the Clean Air Act, in addition to a wide range of criminal matters and administrative litigation.

        Mr. Lattimer is widely recognized by the bench and bar as one of the most talented and successful trial attorneys in the area having secured several multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.

        Currently, Mr. Lattimer’s offices are located in the District of Columbia. Mr. Lattimer, a native Floridian, attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida for undergraduate studies and law school at the American University’s Washington College of Law, located in Washington, D.C.
